Prices are per person per night and are based on two adults sharing. Breakfast included.

Double room with en-suite £28 - £35

Twin room with en-suite £28 - £35

King-size Four-poster room en-suite £32 - £40

Superior double with en-suite £32 - £35

Family room sleeps three £28 - £30
(double bed and sofa bed)

Single occupancy £35 - £50

Children over five.
(when sharing with two adults)£15 - £18

With regret we do not accept children under the age of five.
Very sorry no pets.

All rooms have tv/dvd or video, cd, radio, tea and coffee making, hairdryer and toiletries.
Superior room's have a mini cooler and sofa.
Wireless internet available in all rooms, with your own laptop.

Reductions may be available for longer stays.

ARRIVAL

Rooms are available from 3pm on your day of arrival. Please state your time of arrival when making your reservation and provide a mobile number. If this changes please let us know, this is to ensure someone is here to let you in.
Unfortunately we do not accept arrivals after 10pm for security reasons.


BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure a reservation we require a valid debit or credit card number.
No money is taken at the time of making your booking, you pay during your stay.
We do not accept visa electron or other wipe only cards to secure a reservation.

For group bookings a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

If prefered you may pay a deposit by cheque to cover the cost of the first nights stay.

We require 72 hours notice of cancellation, if we are unable to relet the room the full amount of the stay may be charged.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
